04-12-2015 - Akfel “We’re Going To Make Them Smile” Childrens Charity
Akfel believes in the importance of social cooperation and social responsibility as core corporate principles . Accordingly, we continuously carry out various social projects for a better world. Akfel believes that our children are our most valuable resource for the future. In this respect, Akfel is reaching out to children who study outside of big cities in Turkey such as the children living in Yeşilgölcük Village (Niğde). Akfel started a social responsility campaign with the motto “ we're going to make them smile” – helping distribute vital educational materials and equipment to schools.
The Akfel team visited four primary schools in Yeşilgölcük Village (Niğde) and delivered much needed school materials and gifts to the children. These made the children very happy and will help further their education. Akfel is committed to continuing to help these children and other needy children around Turkey in the future.
